Workshops in Hawaii take place at Buddha-Buddha, a former Tibetan Buddhist retreat center. The one-acre, tropical garden site, which includes ponds and streams, is surrounded by a tall, dense hibiscus hedge, providing complete privacy for workshop participants. Workshop sessions are held in the former meditation hall of the retreat center, which overlooks a serene pond and gardens. A Bodhi tree, grown from a start said to be taken from the original tree under which Buddha experienced enlightenment, grows nearby. There is ample street parking. A protected beach is only a short walk away.
